A Resolution authorizing <br />the Director of Economic and Community Development to advertise for bids to award a contract for the <br />Brookpark Road Underpass Improvement Project (Phase I), as detailed in the specifications on file, and <br />authorizing the Mayor, following approval of the board of control, to enter a contract with the lowest <br />and best bidder. <br />Ordinance 2023-74 introduced by Mayor Jones was given its second reading. An Ordinance to make and <br />transfer appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for <br />the year ending December 31, 2023 and declaring an emergency, as Amended <br />Councilman Glassburn moved to suspend the rules requiring three readings. An Ordinance to revise the Codified Ordinances by adopting <br />current replacement pages; and declaring an emergency. <br />Councilman Glassburn moved to suspend the rules requiring three readings and formal committee <br />review.
