Ordinance 2023-74 introduced by Mayor Jones was given its second reading. An Ordinance to make and transfer appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 2023 and declaring an emergency, as Amended Councilman Glassburn moved to suspend the rules requiring three readings. The motion was seconded by Councilman Limpert and passed 7-0. Roll Call: Yes: Glassburn, Limpert, Hemann, Williamson, Madden, Scarl, Gilchrist No: None Motion carried. An Ordinance to revise the Codified Ordinances by adopting current replacement pages; and declaring an emergency. Councilman Glassburn moved to suspend the rules requiring three readings and formal committee review. The motion was seconded by Councilman Limpert and passed 7-0. Roll Call: Yes: Glassburn, Limpert, Hemann, Williamson, Scarl, Gilchrist, Madden No: None Motion carried. Mr. Limpert voted yes with comment to note that legislation is brought forth on the last meeting before break in order to incorporate all changes up to that date.
