Council Minutes of 06-20-2023 <br />Way by Service Providers and Contractors Performing Work of Service Provider Facilities", in order to <br />provide for permit review and inspection fees. <br />Resolution 2023-71 introduced by Mayor Jones was given its second reading. A Resolution authorizing <br />the Mayor to enter into a contract with Holland Paving & Sealcoating to provide services to the <br />Wastewater Treatment Plant at a cost of $5,500.00. <br />Resolution 2023-73 introduced by Mayor Jones was given its second reading. A Resolution authorizing <br />the Director of Economic and Community Development to advertise for bids to award a contract for the <br />Brookpark Road Underpass Improvement Project (Phase I), as detailed in the specifications on file, and <br />authorizing the Mayor, following approval of the board of control, to enter a contract with the lowest <br />and best bidder. <br />Ordinance 2023-74 introduced by Mayor Jones was given its second reading. An Ordinance to make and <br />transfer appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for <br />the year ending December 31, 2023 and declaring an emergency, as Amended <br />Councilman Glassburn moved to suspend the rules requiring three readings. The motion was seconded <br />by Councilman Limpert and passed 7-0. <br />Roll Call: <br />Yes: Glassburn, Limpert, Hemann, Williamson, Madden, Scarl, Gilchrist <br />No: None <br />Motion carried. <br />Councilman Glassburn moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Limpert and <br />passed 7-0. <br />Roll Call: <br />Yes: Glassburn, Limpert, Gilchrist, Hemann, Madden, Scarl, Williamson <br />No: None <br />Motion carried. Ordinance 2023-74 adopted 7-0. <br />Ordinance 2023-75 introduced by Council President Brossard and all of Council, placed on first reading <br />and suspension of the rules requested. An Ordinance to revise the Codified Ordinances by adopting <br />current replacement pages; and declaring an emergency. <br />Councilman Glassburn moved to suspend the rules requiring three readings and formal committee <br />review. The motion was seconded by Councilman Limpert and passed 7-0. <br />Roll Call: <br />Yes: Glassburn, Limpert, Hemann, Williamson, Scarl, Gilchrist, Madden <br />No: None <br />Motion carried. <br />Mr. Limpert voted yes with comment to note that legislation is brought forth on the last meeting before <br />break in order to incorporate all changes up to that date. <br />
