Council Minutes of 08-01-2023 <br />Motion carried. Ordinance 2023-70 adopted 7-0 <br />Resolution 2023-71 was introduced by Mayor Jones and given its third reading. A Resolution <br />authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with Holland Paving & Sealcoating to provide <br />services to the Wastewater Treatment Plant at a cost of $5,500.00. <br />Councilman Glassburn moved for adoption. Resolution 2023-71 adopted 7-0. <br />Ordinance 2023-76 was introduced by Mayor Jones and given its second reading. An Ordinance <br />authorizing the Director of Human Resources to solicit proposals for excess insurance coverage <br />for the City Health Care & Hospitalization Plans for 2024, and further authorizing the Mayor, <br />subject to approval of the Board of Control, to enter into a contract for said insurance coverage. <br />Ordinance 2023-77 was introduced by Mayor Jones and given its second reading. An Ordinance <br />Amending Section 1361.03 entitled "Administration" of Chapter 1361 of the Building Code of <br />the City of North Olmsted, entitled "Flood Damage Reduction", in order to designate the City <br />Engineer as Floodplain Administrator. <br />Resolution 2023-79 was introduced by Mayor Jones and given its second reading. A Resolution <br />Authorizing the Mayor to enter into an Option and Ground Lease Agreement with TowerCo <br />2013 LLC to provide for a Monopole Cellular Tower located at North Olmsted Park, and further <br />authorizing the Mayor to execute all contract documents, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution 2023-80 was introduced by Mayor Jones and given its second reading. A Resolution <br />authorizing the Mayor to enter into a Fourth Amendment of an Option and Ground Lease <br />Agreement with TowerCo 2013 LLC to provide for an extension of the lease term of Monopole <br />Cellular Tower located at North Olmsted Recreation Center in consideration of advanced <br />payment of rents, and further authorizing the Mayor to execute all contract documents, and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution 2023-81 was introduced by Mayor Jones and given its second reading. A Resolution <br />authorizing the Director of Economic and Community Development to advertise for bids for the <br />award of a contract to provide construction services for the Clague Road Force Main <br />Replacement Project, as detailed in specifications on file, and authorizing the Mayor, following <br />approval by the Board of Control, to enter into a contract for same with the lowest and best <br />bidder. <br />Resolution 2023-86 was introduced and placed on first reading. A Resolution ratifying and <br />retroactively authorizing the Service Director to purchase from Thorworks Industries, Inc. a <br />
