Council Minutes of 08-01-2023 Crackpro 125DA Cracksealer and related equipment at a total cost of $69,638.39, pursuant to State Purchasing Program, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance 2023-87 was introduced, placed on first reading and suspension of the rules requiring three readings and formal Committee review. An Ordinance Amending and Restating Section 957.01 of Chapter 957 (Alcoholic Beverages on Public Grounds) of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted in order to permit alcoholic beverages to be sold and consumed at the "Gaelic Games at Barton -Bradley Park," and declaring an emergency. Councilwoman Hemann moved to suspend the rules requiring three readings and formal Committee review. The motion was seconded by Councilman Scarl and passed 7-0. Roll Call: Yes: Hemann, Scarl, Glassburn, Limpert, Madden, Gilchrist, Williamson No: None Motion carried. Ordinance 2023-87 adopted 7-0. Mr. Jake Altman of the Cleveland GAA, spoke to thank Council for approving the liquor sale and consumption at the Gaelic Games, and invited all to attend the event. Councilwoman Hemann moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Scarl and passed 7-0. An Ordinance Amending Section 1126.06 entitled 'Development Plan Requirements" of Chapter 1126 of the Planning and Zoning Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted entitled "Development Plan Review'. MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS Council President Brossard scheduled a Public Hearing to discuss Ordinance 2023-88 on Tuesday, September 5, 2023, at 7:40 p.m. Councilwoman Williamson scheduled a Public Safety, Health and Welfare Committee meeting to discuss two liquor permits, #2976077 and #5339911, for Tuesday, August 8, 2023, at 6:45 p.m. The Mayor and/or designee were asked to attend. Councilman Limpert scheduled a Building, Zoning and Development Committee meeting for Tuesday, September 12, 2023, at a time to be determined later to discuss Ordinance 2023-88. The Mayor and/or designee were asked to attend. Councilman Glassburn scheduled a Finance Committee meeting for Tuesday, August 8, 2023 at 6:50 p.m. to discuss Resolution 2023-86. The Mayor and/or designee were asked to attend.
