Council Minutes of 09-19-2023 No: None Motion carried. Councilman Madden moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilwoman Williamson and passed 7-0. Roll Call: Yes: Madden, Williamson, Gilchrist, Hemann, Glassburn, Scarl, Limpert No: None Motion carried. Resolution 2023-104 adopted 7-0. Council President Pro -Tempore Williamson scheduled a Committee of the Whole to adjourn into an Executive Session to consider the sale of property on Tuesday, September 26, 2023, at 7:15 p.m. All of Council, Mayor, Finance Director, Law Director and Economic Development Director were asked to attend. Councilwoman Williamson scheduled a Public Safety, Health and Welfare Committee meeting on Tuesday, September 26, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. to discuss Resolution 2023-103. The Mayor and her designee were asked to attend. Councilman Limpert scheduled a Building, Zoning and Development Committee meeting for Tuesday, September 26, 2023 at 7:05 p.m. to discuss Ordinance 2023-97. The Mayor, Finance Director and Economic Development Director or other designees were asked to attend. Councilwoman Hemann scheduled a Recreation, Public Parks & Buildings Committee meeting for Tuesday, September 26, 2023, at 7:10 p.m. to discuss Resolutions 2023-100 and 2023-101. The Mayor, Service Director and Recreation Director were asked to attend. Councilwoman Hemann moved to excuse the absence of Council President Brossard. The motion was seconded by Councilman Glassburn and passed unanimously. Roll Call: Yes: Hemann, Glassburn, Gilchrist, Limpert, Madden, Scarl, Williamson. No: None Motion carried. Council President Brossard was excused by a vote of 7-0.
