0 <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2023 - 88 <br />By: Mayor Jones <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1126.06 ENTITLED <br />DEVELOPMENT PLAN REQUIREMENTS" OF CHAPTER 1126 OF <br />THE PLANNING AND ZONING CODE OF THE CODIFIED <br />ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ENTITLED <br />DEVELOPMENT PLANREVIEW", ASAMENDED. <br />WHEREAS, Chapter 1126 of the Planning and Zoning Code outlines the submission <br />requirements and procedure for development plan review; and <br />WHEREAS, the Director of Economic and Community Development proposes to remove <br />several plan submission requirements of Section 1126.06 because they relate to Engineering <br />requirements; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Article VII, Section 2 (d), "Mandatory Referral' the City <br />• Council referred this Ordinance to the Planning and Design Commission for its report and <br />recommendation and, thirty (30) days having elapsed without same, the Charter provides <br />that the Ordinance is deemed to have been approved by said Commission after: eare€a4 <br />eansideratien, the Planningand Design Commission of the mit}, on theday e <br />2023, b)' terms! H1868fl, FRARFAMARdAd that WS OFElinanee amending Seetion 1126.06 of the <br />Zoning G it Plan ReqHiFernerns" be (approved) (disappreved) by Gity <br />Goaae$; and <br />WHEREAS, following publication of newspaper notice in conformance with the <br />provisions of Section 14 of Article IV of the Charter and Section 1127.03 of the Planning and <br />Zoning Code, a public hearing was held on the � day of IQ , 2023; and <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to amend the Planning and Zoning Code, as <br />recommended by the Director of Economic and Community Development Director, in order to <br />amend the plan submission requirements, set forth by Section 1126.06. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, CUYAHOGA COUNTY, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That Section 1126.06 "Development Plan Requirements" of the North <br />Olmsted Zoning Code, which reads in its entirety as set forth on Exhibit A, be amended and as <br />amended shell read as set forth on Exhibit A, with such amendments identified by boldface and <br />stricken text. <br />0 <br />
