• Exhibit A (as Amended) <br />1126.06 DEVELOPMENT PLAN REQUIREMENTS. <br />A. Required Content. Each development plan submitted shall contain the information set <br />forth below, as applicable. <br />1. Applicant and Site Information. <br />a. Names and addresses of the applicant and property owner. <br />b. Name and contact information for the professional individual or firm who prepared <br />the development plan. <br />c. Address and common description of the property and permanent parcel number. <br />d. Legal description of the subject property. <br />e. Total acreage and net acreage (land minus public or private right-of-way). <br />E Evidence of property ownership or written power of attorney when the applicant is <br />acting as an agent of the property owner. <br />• 2. Site Plan. A site plan with the following information: <br />a. Plans shall consist of an overall layout for the entire development, drawn to an <br />engineer's scale of not less than 1 inch = 50 feet for property less than 3 acres, or 1 inch = <br />100 feet for property 3 acres or more in size. Sheet size shall be sufficient to show adequate <br />detail. If a large development is show in sections on multiple sheets, then one (1) overall <br />composite sheet shall be included. <br />b. Title block with sheet number/title name, address and telephone number of the <br />applicant and firm or individual who prepared the plans and date(s) of submission and any <br />revisions (month, day, year). <br />c. Scale and north -point <br />d. Location map drawn to a separate scale with north -point showing surrounding <br />land, water features, zoning and streets within a quarter mile. <br />e. Identification and seal of architect, engineer, land surveyor or landscape architect <br />who prepared drawings. <br />E Zoning classification of applicant's parcel and all abutting parcels. <br />g.
