Council Minutes of 10-03-2023 Councilwoman Gilchrist scheduled an Intra -Governmental Relations Committee for Tuesday, October 10, 2023, at 6:55 p.m. to interview the Mayor's Appointment to the Arts Commission, Mr. Frank Bolton. The Mayor and her designees were asked to attend. Councilwoman Gilchrist moved to excuse the absence of Council President Brossard. The motion was seconded by Councilwoman Hemann and passed unanimously. Roll Call: Yes: Gilchrist, Hemann, Glassburn, Limpert, Madden, 5carl, Williamson No: None Motion carried. Council President Brossard excused 7-0.
