An Ordinance to authorize the execution of additional Then and Now Certificates by the Finance Director and the payment of amounts due for various purchase orders, and declaring an emergency. A Resolution authorizing the Director of Finance to create the Federal Equitable Sharing Fund to track both revenue and expenditures for the United States Department of Justice and the United States Department of Treasury Equitable Sharing Funds or tangible property disbursed to the City, and declaring an emergency. The Mayor and her designee were asked to attend. Councilman Limpert scheduled a Building, Zoning and Development Committee meeting for Tuesday, October 10, 2023, at 7:05 p.m. to discuss PDC Case# 23-25256 Freddy's' Frozen Custard. The Mayor and her designee and the Economic Development Director were asked to attend. Councilman Glassburn scheduled a Finance Committee meeting for Tuesday, October 10, 2023 at 7:20 p.m. to discuss Ordinances 2023-94, 2023-106, 2023-107, 2023-108, Resolution 2023-109 and Ordinance 2023-111. The Mayor and her designees for Safety and Service, Finance Director and Economic Director were asked to attend.
