Public Hearing Minutes of 10-17-2023 <br />Director Upton explained that the parcel to be split is immediately North of the Weber <br />Automotive parcel, and it goes back into that parcel approximately 250 ft. and is <br />approximately the same width of the current Weber Automotive parcel. Director Upton <br />noted that 5462 Berkshire is the only parcel that directly touches this Weber parcel, and <br />also stated that he was showing Mr. Grabowski the parcel map attached to the <br />legislation. <br />Councilman Scarl moved to excuse the absence of Council President Brossard. The <br />motion was seconded by Councilman Glassburn and passed unanimously. <br />Roll Call: <br />Yes: Scar], Glassburn, Hemann, Gilchrist, Madden, Williamson, Limpert <br />No: None <br />Motion carried.
