Would someone
please answer the questions below, so that I may respond to her.
1. If we rezone this parcel will they be entering/exiting from Tudor? We have families that are starting to move
into our community that have small children. We have enough speeders we would like to continue having a nice
quiet neighborhood to keep our house values up.
The Entire parcel is not being rezoned. The parcel is being split and then consolidated with the parcel that fronts
Lorain Road. There will no access on Tudor.
2. If the rezoning passes does that mean the other half of the property can also be a business? Will they be able to
have an entrance/exit on Tudor?
No, the other parcel will retain its existing zoning classification.
Appreciate it.
Thank you,
Bea Taylor
Clerk of Council
440.716.4143
CITY of NORTH OLMSTED
City Council
5200 Dover Center Road
North Olmsted, OH 44070
North-Olmsted.com
