My
office conducted a highest and best use analysis and concluded that a residential use was the best use for the land. We
have not had any public meetings on the balance of the land that is forthcoming. However, that being said, when the
legislation that authorized the purchase or the property was heard in committee the intent was to reposition the land
for residential redevelopment.
Max Upton, MPA
Director
CITY of NORTH OLMSTED
Department of Economic and Community Development
5200 Dover Center Road
North Olmsted, OH 44070
(o) 440-716A118
(c) 216-938-1198
North-Olmsted.com
From: Beatrice Taylor
Sent: Thursday, October 5, 202311:27 AM
To: Max Upton <uptonm@north-olmsted.com>
Cc: Lyn Wilson <wilsonm@north-olmsted.com>
Subject: FW: Ordinance 2023-95
Morning
If you would please address Mr. Romanchik's concerns below with regard to the Weber Re -Zone Legislation/Public
Hearing.
