Council Minutes of 11-08-2023 Councilman Madden scheduled a Public Safety, Health and Welfare Committee meeting for Tuesday, November 14, 2023, at 6:30 p.m. to discuss Liquor Permit # 8163714. The Mayor and/or designee were asked to attend. Councilman Limpert scheduled a Building, Zoning and Development Committee meeting for Tuesday, November 14, 2023 at 6:35 p.m. to discuss Ordinance 2023-95. The Mayor and/or designee were asked to attend. Councilwoman Hemann scheduled a Recreation, Public Parks and Buildings Committee meeting for Tuesday, November 14, 2023 at 6:45 p.m. to discuss Resolution 2023-128. The Mayor, Recreation Director and IT Manager, Eric Lundberg were asked to attend. Councilman Scarl scheduled an Environmental Control Committee meeting for Tuesday, November 14, 2023 at 6:50 to discuss Ordinances 2023-127. The Mayor and/or designee were asked to attend. Councilman Glassburn scheduled a Finance Committee meeting for Tuesday, November 14, 2023 at 6:55 p.m. to discuss Ordinances 2023-126, 2023-129, and Ordinances 2023-131, 2023-132. The Mayor and/or designee were asked to attend. Councilwoman Hemann moved to excuse the absence of Councilwoman Williamson. The motion was seconded by Councilman Glassburn and passed unanimously. Roll Call: Yes: Hamann, Glassburn, Scarl, Limpert, Madden No: None Motion carried. Councilwoman Williamson excused 5-0. Councilwoman Hemann moved to excuse the absence of Councilwoman Gilchrist. The motion was seconded by Councilman Scarl and passed unanimously. Roll Call: Yes: Hamann, Glassburn, Madden, Limpert, Scarl No: None Motion carried. Councilwoman Gilchrist excused 5-0.
