Resolution 2023-138 adopted 6-0. <br />Resolution 2023-139 introduced by Mayor Jones was given its third reading. A Resolution authorizing <br />the Director of Public Safety to advertise for bids for the award of a contract to provide fire prevention <br />services, as detailed in the specifications on file, and authorizing the Mayor, following approval of the <br />Board of Control, to contract for the same with the lowest and best bidder, and declaring an emergency. <br />Councilwoman Williamson moved for adoption. A Resolution directing <br />the Fiscal Officer of Cuyahoga County to pay to the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, during the year 2024 all <br />money due and owing said City from any collection source, and declaring an emergency. <br />Councilman Glassburn moved to suspend the rules requiring three readings. An Ordinance amending <br />and restating Chapter Fifteen, Title One of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted titled, <br />"Taxation Code; Municipal Income Tax" in order to implement revised standards required by the Ohio <br />Legislature, and declaring an emergency. <br />
