Council Minutes of 12-19-2023 <br />and repair services to computer hardware and software in the North Olmsted Police Department, and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Councilwoman Williamson moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Madden and <br />passed 6-0. <br />Roll Call: <br />Yes: Williamson, Madden, Scarl, Limpert, Gilchrist, Glassburn <br />No: None <br />Motion carried. Resolution 2023-138 adopted 6-0. <br />Resolution 2023-139 introduced by Mayor Jones was given its third reading. A Resolution authorizing <br />the Director of Public Safety to advertise for bids for the award of a contract to provide fire prevention <br />services, as detailed in the specifications on file, and authorizing the Mayor, following approval of the <br />Board of Control, to contract for the same with the lowest and best bidder, and declaring an emergency. <br />Councilwoman Williamson moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Madden and <br />passed 6-0. <br />Roll Call: <br />Yes: Williamson, Madden, Glassbum, Gilchrist, Limpert, Scarl <br />No: None <br />Motion carried. Resolution 2023-139 adopted 6-0. <br />Resolution 2023-142 introduced by Mayor Jones was given its second reading. A Resolution directing <br />the Fiscal Officer of Cuyahoga County to pay to the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, during the year 2024 all <br />money due and owing said City from any collection source, and declaring an emergency. <br />Councilman Glassburn moved to suspend the rules requiring three readings. The motion was seconded <br />by Councilman Limpert and passed 6-0. <br />Roll Call: <br />Yes: Glassburn, Limpert, Gilchrist, Scarl, Williamson, Madden <br />No: None <br />Motion carried. <br />Councilman Glassburn moved for adoption. Resolution 2023-142 adopted 6-0. <br />Ordinance 2023-143 introduced by Mayor Jones was given its second reading. An Ordinance amending <br />and restating Chapter Fifteen, Title One of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted titled, <br />"Taxation Code; Municipal Income Tax" in order to implement revised standards required by the Ohio <br />Legislature, and declaring an emergency. <br />
