A Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of Finance to transfer the sum of Seventy -Five Thousand Dollars ($75,000.00) from the General Fund to the North Olmsted Community Improvement Corporation for general operations and to fund the North Olmsted Neighborhood Beautification Program, and declaring an emergency.
