Article 28. Light/Modified Du <br />The parties added titling to reflect section content, and added new language that the payment of <br />hospitalization following leave under this section is limited to the FML period, following which the <br />employee would have to make a COBRA election if he did not have accumulated leave. <br />Article 32, Longevity Pay <br />The parties added language clarifying that only years of continuous, uninterrupted full-time service <br />are included for the calculation of longevity and deleted and expired longevity schedule from the <br />CBA. <br />Article 33, Compensatory Time <br />The parties created a compensatory time Article in the CBA and moved language addressing Comp <br />time from the wage article to this provision. The parties added language reflecting the City's rights <br />under the FLSA to manage the use and administration of compensatory time, establishing a <br />reasonable time period for requests under the FLSA, and a procedure for addressing times when the <br />exact say sought cannot be granted. <br />Article 34, Wages <br />The parties agreed to a new 3 -year agreement using the current language for negotiated increases and <br />general wage increases as follows: <br />Year 1: 4.0% <br />Year 2: 3.0% <br />Year 3: 3.00/. <br />Language was added to reflect the compensation provided in various subsections of this article. The <br />parties agreed to a modest increase in licensure pay ($.25/hr.) for Wastewater Treatment Licenses. <br />Article 35, Premium Pay <br />The parties adjusted certification payment for the forestry certification to 800 and added a <br />certification for those personnel who are required to be certified to maintain Emergency Response <br />Vehicles (EVT) at $600. <br />Article 37, Discipline <br />The parties added a new discipline article to the Agreement. The language reflects the widely <br />accepted just cause" standard, lists types of disciplinary actions that may be taken, (including the use <br />of paper suspensions/suspensions of record), and integrates the pre -disciplinary conference process <br />into a stand alone disciplinary article. <br />4 <br />48e4 -51a 352, v.2 <br />
