The Notice of Violation was 11abated"based upon the CCDPW's commitment to Alternative 4 that included the extensionof a gravity sewer which would connect to an existing sewer flowing South to the NEORSD's Southerly Wastewater. The NEORSD Southerly W WTP has sufficient treatment capacity to accept the wastewater flow from the modification request area. NEORSD has submitted a letter of support. CCDPW requests modifications to the North Olmsted FPA and No Planning Area FPA boundaries (Attachment B), moving nine and 27 parcels respectively, into the NEORSD- Southwest FPA. Additionally, CCDPW proposes prescription changes for the western nine parcels from "Limited Sewers Expected Within 20 years" to "Sewers Expected Within 20 Years." Finally, CCDPW proposes prescription changes for the 27 eastern parcels from "Areas Served by On -Site Systems" to "Sewers Expected Within 20 Years" (Attachment C). The NEORSD has agreed to accept flow from the sewer extension, has line and plant capacity to treat the wastewater and supports modification of the NEORSD Southwest FPA Boundary and proposed Prescriptions. The City of North Olmsted has agreed to the boundary and prescription changes; a signed NOACA's acknowledgment form. Additionally, Olmsted Township has completed and signed NOACA's acknowledgement form indicating support. The support letters fulfill the 208 Plan notification requirements (Attachment D). 4-2
