North Olmsted, Ohio 44070 On behalf of the North Olmsted Fire Fighters, I write to express our sincere support and gratitude of the current efforts to renovate Fire Station #1. The overwhelming majority of our membership voted and passed a motion to publicly express our support of the renovation efforts. We are immensely appreciative of the dedication and commitment in prioritizing the improvements of our facilities. The proposed renovations of the fire station will address challenges we are facing in accommodating a growing and changing workforce. The Fire Station #1 renovation holds significant importance for the well-being of our members. The plans to renovate dormitories, locker rooms, and restrooms are all necessary changes to provide modernized living quarters for the men and women of the North Olmsted Fire Department. Should the mayor request further insight and firsthand experience to ensure the renovations meet the highest standards; the North Olmsted Fire Fighters would gladly provide input in the renovation process. The renovations will better support the men and women of the North Olmsted Fire Department in our mission in safeguarding the community. Again, thank you for the time and effort placed in the betterment of Fire Station #1. The members of the North Olmsted Fire Fighters IAFF Local 1267 are proud to serve the citizens of the city of North Olmsted.
