Anticipate and prepare for logistical, operational, staffing, and safety needs of the Team <br />K. The Team Coordinator and Team Leaders shall perform additional functions and duties as <br />directed by the Supervising Committee. <br />POLICE CHIEFS — SUPERVISING COMMITTEE: <br />A. Review and submit annual budget to WCOG for approval <br />B. Review and submit annual report to WCOG <br />C. Selection of the Team Coordinators and to establish the salary or additional compensation of <br />the Coordinator if any, subject to approval by WSCOG. <br />D. Select, appoint, and supervise the Special Agent in Charge (SAIC), who shall serve at the <br />pleasure of the Supervising Committee <br />a. In cooperation with the WCOG Fiscal Officer, establish compensation for the <br />Coordinator, if any, subject to approval by WSCOG <br />Article VII:Finance <br />Funding of the WCOG Police Divisions takes place through procedures established by the WCOG. The <br />Supervising Committee and Team Coordinators will work closely with the WCOG Fiscal Officer on <br />all issues related to budgeting and finance. <br />Article VIII: Reimbursement of Expenses <br />Lead bythe legal representatives of the municipality in which a call occurred, members of the WCOG <br />Police Divisions will provide advisory assistance in cost recovery for incidents incident, providing: <br />1. The WCOG Police Divisions has expended its own funds <br />2. The WCOG Police Divisions is assessed any charges <br />3. A responsible party is identified as causing the incident <br />Article IX: Parliamentary Authority <br />The rules contained within Robert's Rules of Order, Revised, shall govern WCOG Police Divisions in <br />all cases to which they are applicable and in which they are not inconsistent with the bylaws or <br />special rules of order of this organization. <br />Page 4 of 8 <br />
