31.01. This Agreement represents the entire agreement between the Employer and the Union and <br />unless specifically and expressly set forth in the express written provisions of this Agreement, all <br />rules, regulations, benefits and practices previously and presently in effect may be modified and <br />discontinued at the sole discretion of the Employer. <br />ARTICLE 32 OBLIGATION TO NEGOTIATE <br />32.01. The Employer and the Union acknowledge that during negotiations which preceded this <br />Agreement, each had the unlimited right and opportunity to make demands and proposals with <br />respect to any subject or matter not removed by law from the area of collective <br />bargaining/negotiations and that the understandings and agreements arrived at by the parties after <br />the exercise of that right and opportunity are set forth in this Agreement. <br />32.02. Therefore, for the life of this Agreement, the Employer and the Union each voluntarily and <br />unqualifiedly waives the right, and each agrees that the other shall not be obligated to negotiate <br />collectively with respect to any subject or matter not specifically referred to or covered in this <br />Agreement, even though such subjects or matters may not have been within the knowledge or <br />contemplation of either or both ofthe parties at the time they negotiated and signed this Agreement. <br />32.03. Only upon mutual agreement of the parties may any provision of this Agreement be <br />renegotiated during its term. <br />ARTICLE 33 WORK BY SUPERVISORS <br />33.01. Supervisors will not perform bargaining unit work to the extent that results in layoff, a <br />reduction in work force, or reduction of hours of work by bargaining unit employees. Except for <br />emergencies, a supervisor will not perform bargaining unit tasks outside of the supervisor's normal <br />working hours to deny overtime opportunities to bargaining unit personnel. <br />ARTICLE 34 FUNERAL LEAVE <br />34.01 Amount/Timine. A full-time employee shall he granted a five (5) consecutive calendar <br />days leave of absence with pay, in the event of the death of an immediate family member, one of <br />which must include the date of death/funeraUservice. Documentation may be required to <br />substantiate the requested leave. <br />34.02 Immediate Family DeRned Immediate family shall include: spouse, children, father, <br />mother, brother, sister, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, mother-in-law, father-in-law, step-parents, <br />step -children, step parents of spouse, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, grandparents, grandparents of <br />spouse and grandchildren. <br />34.03 Other Leave UselOther Reladonshins.
