The parties added language to address Injury on Duty leave and the administration of workplace injury <br />claims. The parties added provisions to prorate annual matron leave pay ($350) in the first and final <br />year of employment. The parties increased the uniform allowance provision from $675 to $850 <br />annually, added proration language to the initial and final year of employment, but provided that it will <br />not apply if an employee is retiring from service under PERS. Proration language was also added for <br />annual LEADS pay in the initial and final year of employment. <br />Side Letters <br />Suoolemental HRA Offerine <br />The parties added language to reflect that any HRA offering during the 2024-2026 contract term will <br />be supplemental to that of the City provided HSA plan. <br />Removal of Good Friday <br />The parties agreed to remove the half-day good Friday holiday, but such is contingent upon the same <br />action being taken for non -bargaining unit personnel. <br />4880-0757e 5,4, v. 1 <br />
