STATEMENT OF WORK <br />Exchange 2013 to Exchange Online Migration <br />Seller Representative: <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />Jeff Jones <br />+l (312)705-5666 <br />CDW Government LLC <br />jaffionQa cdw.wm <br />Solution Architect: <br />February 21, 2024 <br />Rob Todd <br />This statement of work ("Statement of Work" or "SOW") is made and entered into on the last date that this SOW is fully <br />executed as set forth below ("SOW Effective Date") by and between the undersigned, CDW Government LLC ("Provider;' <br />and "Seller,") and CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ("Customer," and "Client,"). <br />This SOW shall be governed by theOhioState Term Schedule4534605dated the lstday of <br />January,2020between the State of Ohio("State"), through its Department of Administrative <br />Services, Office of Information Technologyand CDW Government LLC (the "Agreement") <br />If there is a conflict between this SOW and the Agreement, then the Agreement will control, <br />except as expressly amended in this SOW by specific reference to the Agreement. <br />PROJECT SCOPE <br />Customer is initiating a project to migrate their current Exchange Server 2013 on premises environment to Exchange Online. <br />Primary drivers include reducing on premises hardware, leveraging Exchange Online features, and enabling employees to <br />access their messaging from any location or device. The intention is to move all user, resource, and shared mailboxes to <br />Exchange Online. This engagement includes configuring identity synchronization to Office 365, configuring the tenant with <br />baseline recommended practices, configuring Exchange Hybrid on a new 2019 server, piloting the migration with (100) users <br />which will be followed by migrating the remaining mailboxes. The following outlines the project approach and estimated <br />level of effort. <br />During the engagement, Seller will udlize our experience with Microsoft Exchange Online to make recommendations on how <br />in best utilize the technology to meet you objectives. In addition, Seller will leverage the knowledge gained through previous <br />deployments to avoid potential issues. <br />This engagement will: <br />1. Develop a clear vision of the high-level solution goals and constraints. <br />2. Unify the project team behind a common vision. <br />3. Identify business and technical requirements for the Exchange Online implementation. <br />4. Determine the appropriate end -state Exchange Online implementation. <br />5.
