W-43 9.03. Rank DifferentiallUeutenants. All employees holding the rank of Lieutenant shall <br />maintain a ten and one-half percent (10.5%) rank differential between their base rate of pay and <br />the base rate of pay of the highest paid Sergeant. <br />4-84 9.04. Detective SCroend. Any employee shall, while on duty as a plain clothes Detective or <br />34venile-9f€ies S.R.O. (School Resource Officer) shall be paid additional annual compensation <br />at the rate of one thousand seven hundred ($1,700.00) dollars paid bi-weekly and prorated <br />.7-" 9.05. Evidence Tech/Fteld Tmmme Officer Stipend. Any employee while on duty as an <br />Evidence Technician and/or Field Training Officer shall be paid additional annual compensation <br />at the rate of one thousand ($1,000.00) dollars. Compensation shall be paid upon assignment to <br />the position paid bi-weekly and prorated. <br />466 9.06. SWATBomb Tech Pav. Any employee who is assigned to the S. W.A.T. and/or Bomb <br />Technician Units shall be paid additional compensation at the rate of five hundred ($500.00) <br />dollars annually.
