W-43 9.03. Rank DifferentiallUeutenants. All employees holding the rank of Lieutenant shall <br />maintain a ten and one-half percent (10.5%) rank differential between their base rate of pay and <br />the base rate of pay of the highest paid Sergeant. <br />4-84 9.04.
