Council President Brossard: Motion to amend Resolution 2024-71 is made by Councilman Limpert, seconded by Councilman Glassburn. Roll call, please. Council Clerk: Mr. Limpert: Yes Mr. Glassburn: Yes Ms. Gilchrist: Yes Mr. Madden: Yes Mr. Shymske: Yes Ms. Hemann: Yes Mr. Scarl: Yes Council President Brossard: Resolution 2024-71 is amended by a vote of 7-0. Councilman Limpert: • Thank you, Mr. President. Last on the meeting agenda was to discuss Resolution 2023-121, which is the Lorain Road Corridor Study for Guiding Development of a Transportation for Livable Communities Initiative plan. Due to the discussion of the Lorain Corridor Plan, I noted a few items needed to be amended, corrected, or removed, such as spelling errors, clarification on safety errors, and then some recommendations on removal of some art examples. The Economic Development Director will be working with the Building Zoning and Development Committee members to submit any additional amendments before the next meeting. It was decided to hold the legislation in committee to allow those changes to be discussed when we reconvene review of this resolution. The legislation was held in committee by a vote of 3-0, and the committee concluded at 7:47 p.m. Mr. President, this concludes my report. Council President Brossard: Thank you.
