Councilman Madden: Second Council President Brossard: Motion to adopt Resolution 2024-86 made by Councilman Scarl, seconded by Councilman Madden. Roll call, please. Council Clerk: Legislation on first reading: Resolution 2024-87, a Resolution authorizing the Mayor to purchase two 2025 Police Ford Explorer utility vehicles from Montrose Ford at a total cost of $91,937.50, pursuant to the State Purchase Program and further authorizing the Mayor to execute all purchase agreements and declaring an emergency. Mayor Jones: Mr. President, I introduce and place on first reading. Council Clerk: Resolution 2024-88, a Resolution authorizing the Mayor to purchase one 2023 Police Ford Expedition SSV Utility Vehicle from Montrose Ford at a total cost of $50,850.00 and further authorizing the Mayor to execute all purchase agreements and declaring an emergency. Council Clerk: Ordinance 2024-89, an Ordinance authorizing the city of North Olmsted pursuant to Section 941.01(d) of the Streets and Utilities and Public Services Code to partially contribute to the costs incurred for refuse collection by owners of certain residential structures not otherwise authorized to receive refuse collection services from the City of North Olmsted and declaring an emergency.
