Councilman Shymske: Yes, Mr. President. I would like to schedule an Environmental Control meeting for next Tuesday, 9-10-2024, at 7:00 p.m. to discuss 2024-92, and ask that the Mayor and the City Engineer, and whoever are deemed necessary be there. It shouldn't take more than five minutes. Also, I believe there was a mistake in the reading of 2024-53 in this section, it was 1115.11, not 12. Law Director Gareau: I'm not sure, Mr. President, the definitions are broken up between multiple sections of 1115, and I believe 1115.11 and 1115.12 is the dividing line between the thrift shop and then the next on, the other section. I can take a look at that to make sure of the definitions. Here, 1115.11 is definitions S through T and 1115.12 is U through V. Does that work according to what's written? Councilman Shymske: Correct, yes, that's what the legislation is. Law Director Gareau So, yeah, there's two different sections. Law Director Gareau: It actually caught my eye, too, because I already pulled it up on my phone to make sure that that was correct, and it appears to be correct. Council Clerk: I said it is 12 and it should have stayed as 1115.11. Council President Brossard: All right, it's better safe than sorry. Thank you. Council President Brossard: Okay, where were we? Councilman Scarl for Public Safety, Health and Welfare Committee meeting? Councilman Scarl: Yes, Mr. President, I'd like to schedule Public Safety, Health and Welfare at 7:05 p.m. to 7:20 p.m. for Resolutions 2024-93 and Ordinance 2024-94, and ask that the Safety Director be present and any others that the Mayor designates, and I'll have that from 7:05 p.m. to 7:20 p.m. Council President Brossard: Okay, thank you, and Councilman Limpert for Building, Zoning, and Development Committee meeting.
