These diagrams reflect the preferred
approach for non -building frontage in each of the
focus areas along the corridor. They include details
to screen parking lots and provide improved space
for bikes, pedestrians and transit facilities.
Lorain Road has a narrow right-of-way and the
6'sidewalk Boum sine of
Wranl or 10' multiuse
path (north side of Lorain)
6'tree Idwn to include low,
ornamental grasses and
Salt tolerant ground cover
10'-20' green buffs zax to Include street bees
at maxmimum 30'spacing Area may .Bo Include
landscape beds, low Shrubs its ornamental fencing
development of these details will require additional
space.
