The parties agreed to the <br />following wage increases: <br />2024 4.0% <br />2025 3.0% <br />2026 3.0% <br />The hourly rates reflected in the Agreement reflect roll-in/supplemental of monies that were agreed <br />to by the parties and general wage increase amounts that were negotiated and approved. Any lateral hive shall progress through the wage schedule based on <br />the employee's anniversary date with the City and the later hire credit shall not affect the <br />calculation of seniority/service credit for promotional examinations. <br />NEW Article 33, Compensatory Time/Schedulina Time oti <br />This article integrates the prior CBA language concerning compensatory time into one article that <br />is compliant with the FLSA. Under the new language, 240 hours will be the accumulation cap. In <br />addition to the quarterly pay offs, employees are now permitted to elect cashouts during the year <br />in accordance with the procedures established by the Finance Dept. <br />The parties also added language that explicitly preserves the Employer's rights to manage the <br />administration of compensatory time under federal law, which includes, but is not limited to, the <br />payment of banks. <br />The parties also added new language that sets the request and approval procedures for using <br />compensatory time. <br />6 <br />4891-9423-8183, v.2 <br />
