Any amount turned over to the Employer shall be credited to the employee's sick leave bank on a <br />dollar -for -dollar basis. <br />Article 22, Bereavement Leave <br />In Section 1, the parties agreed to add language that the five (5) bereavement day provided are <br />calendar days and that they must be taken in conjunction with the dates of death/faneral/service. <br />Documentation may be required to substantiate the requested leave. <br />Article 26, Schooline/Trainine <br />In Section 2, the parties agreed to change the language for meal reimbursement from $7.00 per <br />day to a general reimbursement for meals as laid out in the City policy upon presentation of <br />appropriate documentation. The previous Section 2 language was moved to Wages. <br />Article 27, Uniform Maintenance Allowance <br />The parties added a sentence that states the uniform allowance payment shall be prorate in the final <br />year of employment. <br />Article 14, Hospitalization/Ancillary Insurance <br />The parties agreed to add language that the Employer shall determine the costs, terms and <br />conditions, and benefit levels of all plan offerings and any alternative programs, which may be <br />subject to change, provided that such changes are similar from year to year. <br />The parties deleted the existing HSA/HDHP Funding language and instead added: as part of its <br />plan offerings, the City may include HSA or HRAs, which include a city -provided funding level. <br />The parties agree that for the years 2024-2026, the HSA funding level will not be less than 50% <br />of the annual deductible of the individual and family coverage, and that if a HRA is established it <br />will be supplemental to the HSA offering during the term of the Agreement. Prior to establishing <br />an HRA funding structure, the parties will meet and discuss the effects. <br />Under the dental/vision section, the employees will participate in the current AFSCME benefit <br />plan as long as it is available. Should availability change, the parties will meet to identify and <br />select a comparable provider. <br />Finally, the life insurance language from (previously numbered) Article 34 was moved to this <br />section. <br />Article 29, Loneevity <br />In Section 1, the old longevity schedule was deleted. The new longevity schedule became Section <br />1 and pays as follows: <br />$500 5 years <br />$1,000 10 years <br />$1,500 15 yews <br />4891-94238183., 2 <br />
