Disciplinary Records. The following definitions shall apply to this Article: <br />Grievant -The "grievant' shall be defined as any employee, group of employees or the OPBA. <br />Party in Interest - A "party in interest' shall be defined as any employee of the Employer named <br />in the grievance who is not the grievant. <br />Days - A "day" as used in this procedure shall mean calendar days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays <br />or Holidays as provided for in this Agreement. <br />SEGTF9P]--1 Grievance - A grievance is - dispute peg--dingpegaiding only the `n <br />applieags an allegation that there has been a breach, misinterpretation, or improper <br />application of only the terms of this Agreement. <br />SECTION 2. Group Grievances. A grievance can be initiated by the OPBA or an aggrieved <br />bargaining unit employee. Where a group of bargaining unit employees desires to file a grievance <br />involving a situation affecting each such bargaining unit employee in the same manner, one <br />bargaining unit employee selected by such group shall process the grievance(s). <br />SECTION 3.
