SECTION 21. The OPBA will be allowed one (1) bulletin board for official OPBA notices. The bulletin board will be located on the Police Station premises. SECTION 2. Posting Requiremen"lZimitations. All notices or other materials posted must be signed and dated by a Union officer or steward. Upon request by the Employer, the Union shall remove any posting that is inflammatory or critical of the Employer, City officials, or of any other employees or persons, or which are political (partisan) in nature. ARTICLE 1514: DUTY HOURS SECTION 1. Workday/Workweek.
