SECTION 21. The OPBA will be allowed one (1) bulletin board for official OPBA notices. The <br />bulletin board will be located on the Police Station premises. <br />SECTION 2. Posting Requiremen"lZimitations. All notices or other materials posted must be <br />signed and dated by a Union officer or steward. Upon request by the Employer, the Union shall <br />remove any posting that is inflammatory or critical of the Employer, City officials, or of any <br />other employees or persons, or which are political (partisan) in nature. <br />ARTICLE 1514: <br />DUTY HOURS <br />SECTION 1. Workday/Workweek. For twelve (12) hour shifts, the meal period <br />shall be one (1) hour, and the employee will be afforded a fifteen (15) minute break if held <br />overlcalled in for a jour (4) hour block before or following the normal shift The meal Perin <br />shift. <br />SECTION 9 3. SchedulinelTime Off/Cancellations.
