Law Director Gareau: <br />Okay. Then it was in a no judgment. If it was a civil case, and no judgment was taken against <br />them and it was dismissed. That really shouldn't have any effect on them moving forward. <br />Because no judgment was taken and it's not as though you carry that on your credit report or <br />something like that where you've had a judgment taken because it was dismissed. On that side, <br />if there was some sort of criminal case or something, then that would be different and you <br />could seal those. But in terms of the civil side of it.
