NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Mayor be, and she hereby is, authorized to make payment to <br />Chieftain Trucking and Excavation, Inc., in an amount not to exceed $78,799.81 for the <br />purchase of emergency services and supplies to repair Grace Road sanitary and storm sewer <br />lines, as set forth on the attached Exhibit A, all as an emergency exception to public bidding <br />under Charter Art.
