If there are no additions or corrections, the Council Meeting minutes of January 21, <br />2025 are approved as written. <br />Also this evening, there's one item to be considered for suspension of the rules, on first <br />reading, Resolution 2025-18. <br />Moving into reports, Mayor Dailey Jones, do you have a report this evening? <br />REPORTS <br />Mayor Jones: <br />I do, Mr. President. <br />Like everyone else, I was disappointed to hear the news from Moen last Wednesday. <br />First and foremost, my heart goes out to the employees of Moen, many of whom have <br />worked there for decades, and especially those that live here in North Olmsted. The <br />decision by Moen affects many people and their families. Fortune Brands, which owns <br />Moen, made the decision to consolidate their corporate offices in Illinois and leave <br />three communities, the Master Lock headquarters in Wisconsin, Roll in Irvine, California, <br />
