Section 4: Recommendations <br />Key Barriers <br />Based on the existing condition analyses, field observations, community engagement, and stakeholder guidance, <br />the top barriers to walking and biking for students in the North Olmsted School District have been identified. The <br />project team identified infrastructure and non -infrastructure key issues and barriers to walking and biking for <br />students.
