MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />FEBRUARY 18, 2025 <br />Council President Brossard: <br />The City Council meeting of February 18, 2025 will now please come to order at 7:30 p.m. The <br />audience is invited to join Council reciting the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />All: <br />I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America, and to the Republic for which it <br />stands, one nation, under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. <br />Council President Brossard: <br />Will the Clerk please call the roll? <br />Council Clerk: <br />Mr. Brossard: Here <br />Ms. Gilchrist: Here <br />Ms. Hemann: Here <br />Mr. Limpert: Present <br />Mr. Madden: Here <br />Mr. Marrie: Here <br />Mr. Scarl: Present <br />Mr. Shymske: Here <br />ANNOUNCEMENTS <br />Council President Brossard: <br />If there are no additions or corrections, the Council Meeting Minutes of February 4, 2025 are <br />approved as written. <br />Moving into reports, Mayor Dailey Jones, do you have a report? <br />REPORTS <br />Mayor Jones: <br />I do, Mr. President. Thank you. Good evening. <br />• As Council is aware, we're having our first normal winter than we have had in the past <br />several years. This past weekend we had a snowstorm that hit us with several inches in a <br />very quick period of time, and we instituted a parking ban on Sunday, that lasted until <br />10 a.m. on Monday. I want to continue to thank our crews as they've done a good job of <br />keeping up with the storm. <br />• I'm sure Council is getting a lot of the same complaints that my office and the Service <br />Department is, regarding potholes. Our crews are out there doing the best job they can. <br />There are several streets that we know are really bad with potholes this year, including <br />
