Council President Brossard: Thank you. Councilman Scarl, Chairman of the Finance Committee, do you have a report this evening? Finance Committee Councilman Scarl: I do, Mr. President. Thank you. The Finance Committee met on Tuesday, March 11, 2025 at 7:01 p.m. Present were Committee Members Scarl, Limpert, and Marrie. Council Members Hemann, Madden, and Shymske, Council President Brossard, the Directors of Finance, Service, Recreation, and the Special Assistant to the Mayor. The purpose of the Committee meeting was to review the Capital Improvement Budget per Ordinance 2025-25. The Administration provided an overview of each project and answered questions from Committee and Council members. Some of the projects included in the Capital Budget are the repaving of Dover Center Road, improvements to Springvale Ballroom and Golf Course, and stormwater improvements at Bradley Barton Park. Ordinance 2025-25 was favorably recommended to Council by a vote of 3-0, and the meeting concluded at 7:24 p.m. That concludes my report, Mr. President. Council President Brossard: Thank you.
