Council Clerk: Legislation on second reading. Resolution 2025-26 introduced by Mayor Jones. A Resolution authorizing the Director of Economic and Community Development to advertise for bids for the award of a contract to provide construction services for the Old Town Hall Renovation Project, Phase One, as detailed in specifications on file and further authorizing the Mayor, after approval by the Board of Control, to enter into a contract with the lowest and best bidder. Resolution 2025-27 introduced by Mayor Jones and Councilman Scarl. A Resolution authorizing the Director of Economic and Community Development to advertise for bids for the award of a contract for the resurfacing of Dover Center Road from Mill Road to the Northern Corporate Line in the City of North Olmsted, as detailed in the specifications on file, and further authorizing the Mayor, following approval by the Board of Control, to enter into a contract with the lowest and best bidder.
