has pretty much been obliterated with the trees gone. So there's really, I guess there's really nothing we could do about that. We do have some hope, though. When we attended the Planning and Design Committee last week, there were three conditions that were imposed on the site plan. The first two dealt with ADA, which we're definitely in support of those amendments, but the third one, that's the most important, is the screening. In addition to the trees that were part of the original site plan, what that third condition was imposed by the Planning Commission was we would get a full screening between the retention pond and our house so we wouldn't look at the parking lot. so we interpret that to mean that we see nothing from our backyard when that parking lot is in full operation. So in closing, we would like City Council to review the amended plan and possibly, if there's an opportunity to vote on it again, or if that's a done deal, and who's going to hold the City accountable for the additional screening and the three conditions that were imposed last week.
