about it, it's ongoing. There are still additional cases to be resolved. But this is one of <br />those instances where I think we can put the funds to good use, if not on our own. <br />There are other collective entities, efforts, excuse me, through other entities to try to <br />cobble together sufficient funds to be able to utilize them on a district basis, including <br />North Olmsted. But I want to let you know, that I think it's been — I think the success <br />has been achieved. There's more to come, but I'm glad you guys were able to partner up <br />with the administration, and I think that it's going to make a difference in our <br />community in some small way, perhaps large, perhaps small. But I'm certainly happy for <br />the effort, and I wanted to let you know where things stood. Director of Finance Copfer, do you have a report this evening? <br />Finance <br />Finance Director Copfer: <br />Yes, I do, Mr. President. <br />• On March 27th, we were approved for the OWDA loan for our EQ Basin South <br />Interceptor Project at Spruce. Currently, the rate on the website for water pollution <br />control loan funds, which that's what these are, is 3.04%, and we anticipate a 20 -year <br />repayment. <br />• The Auditor of State performed pension compliance testing for OPERS, which is the Ohio <br />Public Employee Retirement System, and it was completed last week, and they'll be <br />issuing a report soon. <br />• Lastly, now that the budget has passed and we've posted it to the system, I've emailed <br />the monthly January and February Financial Summary and Detail Reports to Council and <br />the Administration as well, and that concludes my report. <br />Council President Brossard: <br />Thank you, Director.
