preliminary site plan that you have before you this evening is just to get the ball rolling. It features 51 units of for sale housing. It's approximately about four and a half units per acre. The first street, Hampton Drive, headed southbound, is going to be publicly dedicated. The Lancaster Lane will be a private street, so the patio homes and the townhomes will have a private street of landscaping and all of that stuff taken care of with a separate entity. The roundabout that you see that's sort of the cul-de-sac that you see is very well maintained. Lieutenant Zwyk from Fire Protection looked at it, made sure a fire truck could make that turn, and so at this point in time, we're also going to have a 20 -foot no -cut buffer along, I believe it's Berkshire and Hampton, so you might have seen the trees have already been felled. That's because of the Indiana Bat, but this is the preliminary site plan. This body will see the final site plan that will include landscaping, massings, more detailed drawings, the developer responsible for putting forward a plat, along with her petition to rezone to a planned developments zoning district.
