NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, CUYAHOGA COUNTY, AND STATE OF OHIO. <br />SECTION 1: Thin the Mayor be and she is hereby authorized on behalf of the City of <br />North Olmsted to enter into an Agreement with Republic Services to contribute a sum not to <br />forced one hundred percent (100%) ofthe cost of refuse collection from January 1, 2026 through <br />December 31, 2026 for residential structure; only located on the following nondedicated streets <br />that are otherwise in compliance with the provisions of Chapter 941: <br />BAYBERRY CM <br />GINGER CT <br />GINGER LN <br />GOLF VIEW LN <br />GREENFLOWER ST <br />GREENWARD WAY <br />GREENWARD WAY S <br />IRIS CT <br />JASMINE CT <br />KENNEDY RIDGE RD <br />LILAC CT <br />LILY LN <br />MOONLIGHT DR <br />PENNY LN <br />PEPPER MILL CT <br />RAINBOW DR <br />SUGAR SAND LN <br />SUMMER LAWN <br />VISTA CIR <br />VISTA CT <br />WILLOW WAY <br />WILLOW WOODS DR <br />SECTION 2: That the City of North Olmsted will only contribute the cost participation <br />percentage authorized herein directly to Republic Services, Inc. and only for those streets <br />identified in Section I herein for the period of rime January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026. <br />SECTION 3: That this Ordinance is hereby declined to be an emergency measure <br />mmediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and weitare, and, <br />additionally, it is necessary that this Ordinance go into effect immediately to participate in the <br />cost of refuse collection commencing January 1, 2026, and provided it receives the affirmative <br />vote oftwo-thirds of all members of Council, then it shall take effect and be in force immediately <br />upon its passage and �approvaly t��-bbthe Mayor. <br />PASSED: vylTµCy1�1M Second groutingS <br />nouRea&ng.as <br />Committee: (� <br />
