Resolution 2025-39 introduced by Mayor Jones. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter <br />into a contract with Mad Bomber Fireworks Productions to provide a fireworks display for 2025, <br />and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution 2025-40 introduced by Mayor Jones. A Resolution authorizing the City Engineer to <br />advertise for bids for the award of a contract for Phase 2 renovations at North Olmsted <br />Community Park, as detailed in the specifications on file, and authorizing the Mayor, following <br />approval of the Board of Control, to contract for the same with the lowest and best bidder. <br />Resolution 2025-41 introduced by Mayor Jones. A Resolution authorizing the Director of Law, <br />on behalf of the City of North Olmsted, to enter into an agreement with the Law Firm of Squire <br />Patton Boggs to provide professional legal services for community and economic development <br />and for the creation and modification of Tax Increment Financing ("TIF") Incentive Districts and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Councilman Scarl: <br />Mr. President? <br />Council President Brossard: <br />Councilman Scarl. <br />Councilman Scarl: <br />I move to suspend the rule requiring three readings for Resolution 2025-41, as this was heard in <br />Committee on April 22"d, and it is important to execute the new contract with Squire Patton <br />and Boggs to address pressing matters which need their expertise, and ask for a second. <br />Councilman Limpert: <br />Second. <br />Council President Brossard: <br />Motion to suspend the rule requiring three readings for Resolution 2025-41 made by <br />Councilman Scad, seconded by Councilman Limpert.
