A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter <br />into a Preservation Covenant Agreement with the State Historic Preservation Office, as a <br />condition of eligibility for the Save America's Treasures Grant funding for improvement of Old <br />Town Hall. <br />Legislation on first reading. <br />Resolution 2025-44. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to purchase four (4) Lifepak 35 <br />monitors/defibrillators from Stryker Sales, LLC., along with all necessary accessories for each <br />device, at a cost of $180,772.10 under the emergency exception to public bidding; and further <br />authorizing the Mayor to execute all documents necessary to effectuate such purchase, and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Mayor Jones: <br />Mr. President, I introduce and place on first reading. <br />Council Clerk: <br />Resolution 2025-45.
