only one street, that street shall be considered a primary street. Any private street <br />or internal drive having three (3) travel lanes, including turn lanes, or thirty feet (30') <br />wide or wider shall be considered a primary street. Brookpark Road, Great Northern <br />Boulevard, and Country Club Boulevard shall always be considered primary streets. <br />17. Residential Facility Family House. A facility licensed by the Ohio Department of Mental <br />Health that provides room, board, personal care, supervision, habilitation services <br />and mental health services, in a family setting, for six (6) to eight (8) developmentally <br />disabled persons. <br />18. Residential Facility Group Home. A facility licensed by the Ohio Department of <br />Mental Health that provides room, board, personal care, supervision, habilitation <br />services and mental health services, in a family setting, for nine (9) to sixteen (16) <br />developmentally disabled persons. <br />19. Secondary Street. A public or private street identified by the applicant as a <br />subordinate to a primary street for a building or development site for the purposes <br />of applying site development standards of this chapter. Any private street or internal <br />drive less than three (3) travel lanes, including turn lanes, or thirty feet (30') wide may <br />be considered a secondary street unless said private street is the only frontage road <br />for a building or development site. <br />20. Street Frontage. That portion of a building or building site that borders or abuts a <br />public or private street. <br />21. Street Light. A pole mounted light used for lighting the roadway areas, including <br />intersections and pedestrian crossings, of public and private streets. <br />SECTION 1150.04 PERMITTED USES. <br />A. Permitted Uses. Uses permitted in the MAMU Overlay District are listed in Table 1150.04(A): <br />MAMU Overlay District Use Regulations. <br />B. Conditional Uses. <br />1. Conditional Uses in the MAMU Overlay District are listed in Table 1150.04(A): MAMU <br />Overlay District Use Regulations. All Conditional Uses included in the table may be <br />permitted within the MAMU Overlay District under the conditions and in the manner <br />prescribed in Chapter 1118 Conditional Use Requirements and provided they meet <br />the following requirements: <br />a. The Applicant satisfactorily demonstrates that the proposed use supports the <br />general character and purposes of the Overlay District and will not substantially <br />hinder the future development of connected, mixed -use, and livable <br />neighborhoods. <br />n NORTH OLMSTED MALL AREA MIXED USE OVERLAY DISTRICT <br />
