Minimum rear yard setbacks for principal buildings maybe waived by the Planning and Design Commission <br />where such waiver would further the purposes of this district as outlined in Section 1150.1. <br />b. For developments being made over multiple lots or done in phases, Lot Coverage requirements will be <br />measured based on the entire development site, rather than on an individual lot basis. <br />No portion of a building located within 50 feet of an existing one- or two-family residential zoning district shall <br />be permitted to exceed 45 feet. <br />C. Minimum Building Frontage. <br />1. The space between the minimum front yard setback and the maximum front yard <br />setback shall be considered the Build -To Zone, as shown in Figure 1150.06(A). <br />2. The minimum building frontage requirement specifies the amount of the front <br />building facade (Q) that must be located in the Build -To Zone, measured as a <br />percentage of the width of the lot (0), as shown in Figure 1150.06(A). <br />3.
