For each <br />additional State of Ohio certification as a Residential Building Inspector and Residential Plans Examiner, Building Inspector, Plumbing <br />Inspector or Electrical Safety Inspector, the employee shall receive an additional $1.50 per hour, not to exceed an additional $3.00 per <br />hour for employees with all three (3) certifications.
