<br />D. In addition to the salaries as specified herein, the Chief of Police, Police Captain, apd the Chief of Fire, and the Assistant Fire Chief
<br />may be entitled to any and all benefits afforded their respective FOP and IAFF members. This includifrges extra pay forLEADS,
<br />uniform, #ifeaFFR6 pref+sieasy, paramedic and fire prevention. However as consistent with the 2024-2026 union contracts, the
<br />LEADS, Firearm and Paramedic extra pays are now included in the respective base pays for the positions identified above.
<br />All other benefits follow non -bargaining employee benefits. HeweveF, The Chief of Police, Police Captain, af►d Chief of Fire, and
<br />Assistant Fire Chief shall not be entitled to overtime pay or compensatory time benefits. Additionally, the Administrative Assistant to
<br />the Chief of Police shall receive LEADS compensation which follows the union contract for police secretary. The afaremeptin

<br />8. Employees occupying the position of Building Division Inspector shall have at least one State of Ohio certification as a Residential
<br />Building Inspector and Residential Plans Examiner, Building Inspector, Plumbing Inspector or Electrical Safety Inspector. For each
<br />additional State of Ohio certification as a Residential Building Inspector and Residential Plans Examiner, Building Inspector, Plumbing
<br />Inspector or Electrical Safety Inspector, the employee shall receive an additional $1.50 per hour, not to exceed an additional $3.00 per
<br />hour for employees with all three (3) certifications. Trainee certifications shall not be considered additional certifications for the
<br />purpose of receiving additional hourly compensation.
