Councilman Scarl, Vice Chair of the Recreation, Public Parks, and Buildings <br />Committee, do you have a report? <br />Recreation Public Parks and Buildings Committee <br />Councilman Scarl: <br />I do, Mr. President. Thank you. <br />The Recreation, Public Parks and Buildings Committee met on Tuesday, August 26, 2025, at 7:27 <br />p.m. Present were Committee Members Scarl and Limpert, Council Members Marrie, Madden, <br />Shymske and Gilchrist, the Mayor, Directors of Law, Finance, HR, Economic Development, <br />Safety, Service, Recreation and the Special Assistant to the Mayor. <br />• The only item on the agenda for Rec was Ordinance 2025-81, which was to change the <br />Part -Time Food Supervisor position to a Full -Time Hospitality Supervisor. Director <br />Pinchek noted that a part-time cook cannot fully cover the weekly operations and <br />confirmed that the revenue growth will support the change.
