MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />SEPTEMBER 16, 2025 <br />Council President Brossard: <br />The Council meeting of September 16, 2025, will now please come to order at 7:30 p.m. The <br />audience is invited to join Council in reciting the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />All: <br />I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America, and to the republic for which it <br />stands, one nation, under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. <br />Council President Brossard: <br />Will the Clerk please call the roll? <br />Council Clerk: <br />Mr. Brossard: Present <br />Ms. Gilchrist: Here <br />Ms. Hemann: Here <br />Mr. Limpert: Present <br />Mr. Madden: Here <br />Mr. Marrie: Here <br />Mr. Scarl: Present <br />Mr. Shymske: [absent] <br />ANNOUNCEMENTS <br />Council President Brossard: <br />If there are no additions or corrections, the Council Meeting Minutes of September 2, 2025, are <br />approved as written. <br />There are three items being requested for suspension this evening, Ordinance 2025-86, <br />Ordinance 2025-88, and Ordinance 2025-89, all three are on first reading. <br />Moving into reports, Mayor Dailey Jones, do you have a report this evening? <br />REPORTS <br />Mayor Jones: <br />do, Mr. President, thank you. <br />As we move through September, there's plenty happening here in North Olmsted, from major <br />infrastructure improvements to new business growth and community events. Our semi-annual <br />Shred -It event is coming up this Saturday, September 20t", from 9 a.m. until noon at our <br />Recreation Center. Residents will have the opportunity to safely dispose of up to two bags or <br />boxes of paper and the opportunity to recycle computer equipment. <br />
