Council President Brossard:
Thank you, Director. Because there were no committee meetings scheduled last week, we do
not have any Council Committee Reports this evening. I will, however, open the floor to any
Council members who would like a moment of personal privilege.
Council President Brossard:
Seeing none, are there any letters or communications to come before Council at this time?
Council Clerk:
No, Mr. President.
Council President Brossard:
Thank you, moving into audience participation. Thank you for attending tonight's Council
meeting. Those attending Council meetings should show the same respect to others that they
wish to have shown to them. It is not a debate, and public comment speakers should not
expect a back -and -forth exchange. If there is anyone in the audience who would like to address
Council, please come to the podium, state and spell your name and address for the clerk. If you
live in a city other than North Olmsted, please state the name of that city and proceed with
your comments. You will have up to five minutes.
Mr. Don Primosch:
Hello, my name is Donald Primosch. P-R-1-M-O-S-C-H. I lived in North Olmsted probably for 40
years. I live in Bretton Ridge....
Council President Brossard:
Sir, can we get your address for the record?
Mr. Don Primosch:
6064 Stafford Drive.
Council President Brossard:
Thank you, sir.
Mr. Don Primosch:
Bretton Ridge, okay. I've come here today. I've never come here before and talked, okay? The
police told me to come here and talk to you. For the past 10 years or whatever, I've been
dealing with the police. I went down to the police station 25 times to complain about my
neighbors on the south side of my house, 6078 Stafford. These Palestinian aliens continue to
play across my property, hit my house, hit my front of my house, kick balls into my car,
underneath the car. I've sent, they're also, you probably don't even know about, jamming.
They jammed my Wi-Fi four times. It was out two weeks. I finally called one of you Council
people, and she got a hold of one of the Mayor's Assistants, and I've been dealing with him. He
got it shut down, okay? Took two weeks of it. Think about it, all of you, if your Wi-Fi goes out. I
