got, I'm a union plumber. I retired early, went on disability. I got third stage cancer behind my
eye and in front of my brain. Had my face fried here 33 times. Just had the hydro baric therapy
on my face for this upper jaw. Two cataract surgeries, and I got these pieces of crap, excuse me,
on the south side of my property, and I can't get the police.... they told me I got to be shot,
stabbed, or murdered for them to come out. I've been dealing with a man at the city
underneath the Mayor's Assistant. He's been helping me. He can't stop it, okay? I've sent 25 to
50 pictures into the Assistant to the Mayor. I put statements in there, so you understand what's
going on, and he cannot do anything more. He sent it to the police. The police called my house,
a woman. She said, Mr. Primosch, save your money. There's nothing we can do. Yes, there is
something you can do. You can send it to ICE. You can send it to ICE Immigration Services and
stop it. The jamming, the FCC, it's illegal to run a jammer against somebody's property. It's two
years in a federal penitentiary and a $10,000 fine. Now, I sent these pictures in, and they don't
want these pictures seen, but I made some more pictures, okay? That camera, three cameras
on my house are rolling. The motion detector got knocked off, so I have to run them manually
every 15, half an hour. When I'm watching TV, I just run the camera like that. And I picked this
up, and I made three copies of it, one for you. If you'll take them, you can look at them. You
can trash them. You can rip them up. You can throw them out. But the other two are going to
go into the FCC, and it's going to go into Tom Homan, my man, Tom Homan, Immigration. You'll
see on these pictures here, one of them, they're all blackened out. That's what they do. Before
I came here, I checked my tablet. There were five days that were completely black. They're
jammed. I can't get them. I have to go to somebody on Sunday, and they unjam it. I can't do
that. I don't have that technology skill, I'm lost with it. So today, what I'm asking for you is to
help me out on this house. Do something, you know? Take the parents. I'm going to come back
next month, and I'm going to have the three -strike rule. Three strikes, you're out. You go in
front of the judge, you get fined, and you do time. And if you do it again, it's double the fine,
double the time. Now, I'm not going to talk about that now, because I want to talk about these
pictures and what you're going to do for me, Mayor. What are you going to do? What are you
going to do, Mr. Gareau? Let me tell you this, too. I worked... I said I was a union plumber. I
worked for this man. I won't mention it. He was a part-time inspector for the plumbers. Now....
Council President Brossard:
Alan, one second. We allow five minutes.
Mr. Don Primosch:
Okay, I'll cancel. But would you like to see the pictures? Are you willing to take them, or do you
want me to take them home?
Council President Brossard:
Please submit them to the Clerk. Can I come up there?
Council President Brossard:
We'll take it. Sure. Yeah, and we'll take a look at them, not at this moment, though.
